Client Objectives

Baptist Health South Florida sought to construct the Homestead Hospital in order to broaden healthcare service accessibility for the expanding population of Miami-Dade County.

Scope of Services

A significant portion of our scope involved the installation of distribution power and controls for the hospital’s central energy plant, which included:

  • Two steam generators
  • Three 800-ton centrifugal chillers
  • Two 1500-kilowatt emergency power generators
  • Associated parallel gear
