Controller
Marlen leads and manages the day-to-day operations for Dynalectric Company (Florida)’s accounting and administrative departments. She ensures that the company maintains compliance with GAAP, SEC, company, and corporate reporting requirements by upholding proper procedures and controls.
Marlen has over 24 years of experience. In 1996, she began her career at Dynalectric Company (Florida) in an administrative position. She was promoted to Controller in 2011.
Marlen holds an associate’s degree in accounting from Miami Dade College, and is currently obtaining her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University.
In her downtime, Marlen enjoys exploring the beautiful state of Florida. She also spends quality time with her husband Steve and their pets.
